 Welcome to Fruitport High School   


The mission of Fruitport High School is to educate all students. Students will be accepted at their respective levels and all available resources will be utilized to ensure that they are prepared with the essential skills to become successful and responsible citizens.


Our purpose at Fruitport High School is to prepare each and every student to be responsible, respectful, productive citizens in an ever-changing, global society.  We hope to accomplish this by offering students a quality education through a diverse, challenging curriculum and maintaining high expectations for all students.

2014-2015 Registration:

Students and parents we are excited to see you during our fall registration sessions.

Grades 10-12:  Registration will begin in the gym foyer. Please be prepared to pay all fines, turn in books, materials, and/or uniforms that are owed.  Those who have fines will not be allowed to receive their schedule until the outstanding fine is paid.  Grades 10-12 registration is:

Monday, August 18th 1:00-3:30 p.m.
Wednesday, August 20th 4:00-6:00 p.m. 

Freshman Only Registration Night: Tuesday, August 19th at 6:00 p.m.  All freshman report to the gymnasium (near the back of the building) at 6:00 p.m. with their completed registration packets.  Students will attend a pep assembly and then begin the registration process in the gymnasiums according to last names. Parents are asked to attend a freshman parent presentation at 6:00 p.m. in the auditorium (at the front of the building).  Parents can meet up with their students at the conclusion of the meetings.

Fruitport Athletic Foundation Test Drive Fundraiser:

On Tuesday, August 26 from Noon - 7:00 pm in the Fruitport Middle School Parking Lot come out and test drive Great Lakes Ford Vehicles.  This is a 10 minute no sales pressure test drive.  Corporate Ford will donate $20 to the FAF.  Show up that day or call 868-4036 to schedule your test drive!!  1 driver per address and you must be 18 or older with a valid driver license.


Parent Portal:

Keep up to date with your student's grades and absences by utilizing our Parent Portal.  If you do not have your student's log in information, please contact Student Services.

Dress Code:

Please note that all shorts, skirts, and dresses must
reach the fingertips.  Students who are wearing tops that are low cut, with straps that are not three fingers in width, or that are showing undergarments will be required to change.  If the student does not have appropriate clothing to change in to, he or she may be required to go home. Parents will be contacted.
